Your reservation is confirmed once the participating resort approves the requested stay and payment has been processed.

How do I check resort availability and pricing?

Use the availability calendar on participating resort pages to review available dates and calculate current promotional pricing based on your arrival date, length of stay, number of travelers, and applicable package rules. Availability can change until the reservation is confirmed.

Are airfare and airport transportation included?

Airfare is not included unless an individual offer specifically states otherwise. Airport transportation may be included with selected resort promotions, but this varies by property. Review the resort details before booking or contact our vacation specialists if you have questions.

Can I request more than one room?

Some participating resorts allow up to two rooms depending on the number of travelers, room occupancy requirements, availability, and the terms of the specific promotion. The reservation system will determine the appropriate room arrangement when applicable.

What are the qualification requirements for promotional packages?

Qualification requirements vary by participating resort and may include age, income, relationship status, identification, credit requirements, or other conditions. When is my payment processed?

Payment is processed once the reservation has been reviewed and is ready to be confirmed. Your card is not automatically charged simply because you begin or submit a reservation request. Final payment timing and confirmation details are provided during the reservation process.

Can I change my travel dates after booking?

Rescheduling may be available subject to resort availability, package eligibility, and the terms of your reservation. If your plans change, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the available options for your booking.

Will I attend a vacation ownership presentation?
Many promotional vacation packages require qualified guests to attend a scheduled vacation ownership or timeshare presentation during their stay. Presentation requirements, length, and eligibility conditions vary by resort and are disclosed in the offer Terms & Conditions before booking.
